EHG Summer Exhibits
The members of the Eastside Handweavers showcased their talents this summer at the Saint Clair Shores Library during the month of July. The exhibit was moved to the MLH at 50 Conference at Hope College in Holland Michigan, August 8 & 9. Thank you to all the members that helped make these exhibits a success.
At the April 2009 meeting members worked on dying silk scarves with bleeding art tissue paper.
At the March 2009 meeting members worked on a needle felted project.
At the February 2009 meeting President Sue Ellison presented a
hands on program "Weaving on Tiles."
In November members participated in a "Beyond the Basic Bowl" Workshop by Debra Gash.
